Our guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not happy with a Matriarch purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receipt and we'll arrange a full refund, store credit, or replacement, even if you've used it. Just tell us what happened. Email us at: cs@matriarch.shop

Return shipping
If you're returning something because it just wasn't the right fit, or you changed your mind, you pay for the return shipping and it will not be refunded. Always contact us first before you make a return.

Damaged products
To report a damaged product, quality, or shipping issue, email our customer service team. We'll send you a prepaid return label, no cost to you.

How to start a return or refund
Email us with your order number and what's going on. We'll take it from there.

Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
