Shipping policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. Our streamlined shipping department is hard at work to ensure your order is handled with care and expertly packed using sustainable packing materials.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping with USPS is $5.00 and expedited shipping with Fedex is $9.00.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $75.00 or more. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using standard shipping (USPS). 

General Shipping Information

Online orders will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (M-F, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST, excluding holidays).

Standard Shipping:

If Standard Shipping is selected, or the order qualifies for free shipping, the order will be shipped with USPS and arrive within 5-7 business days. Address errors or PO Boxes may result in delays.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping options and associated costs are available for selection during checkout. The carrier used for expedited shipping is Fedex. A physical mailing address is required for all expedited shipments. Address errors or PO Boxes may result in delays.
