The Art of Applying Bioidenticals
The best uptake from a bioidentical cream will depend on two things: the degree of micronization of the particles and the area of the skin where it is applied.
Matriarch 20 has ultra-micronized particles that are smaller than in most other commercial progesterone creams.
Rub the cream into the palms of your hands and inside of your wrists. A little can be dabbed around the eyes too for a smoothing and moisturizing effect. Applying on these areas will ensure the best and fastest uptake.
Easy dosing and application
Matriarch Balance Cream 20 (or Matriarch 20 for short) is one of the few progesterone creams on the market with ultra-micronized progesterone, meaning the particles are so small that they easily and rapidly absorb through the skin without causing skin irritation.
One pump of Matriarch 20 provides 10mg of bioidentical progesterone, synthesized from wild yam (not soy). This concentration of 2% is tailored to give your cycle a little boost for better mood and energy when you use it for about a week before ovulating. It can also help you maintain a regular cycle.
Some women with irregular cycles due to perimenopause, feel that 1-2 pumps, once or twice daily, works wonderfully to alleviate symptoms of perimenopause when used continuously.
Postmenopausal women can use about half a pump daily and continuously for a general sense of balance and wellbeing. One pump of Matriarch 20 cream is just 0,5ml or approximately 1/8 teaspoon.

1.7 fl oz (50ml). Approx. 90-100 pumps per bottle.
Expiry date is printed at the bottom. Open bottle should be used within 12 months. Can withstand freezing but should not have grainy texture after thawing. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
The bottle, pump and lid are made of HDPE with no metal parts. Recycle empty bottle and lid as plastic. If there is cream left in the bottle, first pump it out and dispose in the household trash. Do not compost. Do not dispose in sink or drain, or flush down the toilet.
