How to use
How to use
One pump (0.5 ml or about 1/8 teaspoon, 10 mg), worked into your palms and the inside of your forearms. It can also be applied as a face cream. It's common to use it on a cyclical schedule, one pump daily during cycle days 8-14 works for most people. Or one pump, twice daily, if no longer cycling regularly, or at all. Your rhythm is your own and doesn't have to match anyone else's. Give it a few minutes to sink in, then wash your hands.

Matriarch 20 is our lower-strength progesterone cream for those who’d rather enjoy the circus than run away with it. Each complete pump contains approximately 10 mg of ultra-micronized bioidentical progesterone.
Will it tame the dragon? Lock up the monkeys? Release Satan's grip on the thermostat? We're not legally allowed to say. The law prefers mystery.
