How to use
One pump is about 0.5 ml and 1 mg of estriol. Use one pump once a day.
Rub it into your inner wrists and forearms with your palms and fingertips. You can also apply it to your face, neck and décolletage, gently around the eyes, or to the vulva and surrounding skin. Not inside the vagina.
Face: no more than one pump, once a day, on clean skin, preferably in the evening. Give it at least 12 weeks before you judge your skin.
Use it daily for at least two weeks before you judge it. Once it feels comfortable, taper gradually: one pump every other day or every third day, then half a pump every other day, then every third day. Wash your hands afterwards.

Can I use Comfort and Revitalizing together?
Yes, at the same time and on the same skin. Only Comfort goes on the face.
How long does a bottle last?
A bottle holds about 90–100 pumps: about three months at one pump a day. Tip: the label has a small gap so you can see how much is left. The bottom 1¼ inches (3 cm) holds the pump mechanism and never contains cream.
What if the pump doesn't work when it arrives?
Airless bottles work by vacuum. An inner plate at the bottom rises as you use the cream, so nothing is left behind. Occasionally that plate shifts slightly in transit, the vacuum is lost, and the pump stops. Take off the outer bottom cap and press the inner plate gently back into place. That usually fixes it. If not, let us know.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Unopened bottles can be kept in the refrigerator, but not the one you use every day: cold makes the cream firmer and harder to apply. If a bottle freezes, for example in the mailbox in winter, let it thaw at room temperature. If the texture turns runny or grainy, contact us.
Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. No animal ingredients, and no animal testing.
How do I recycle it?
Bottle, pump and lid are HDPE plastic with no metal parts. Recycle the empty bottle and lid as plastic. If any cream is left, pump it out into household waste. Don't compost it, pour it down the drain or flush it.
